To start investigating this case, keep in mind that while Spotify doesn’t play ads that interrupt the music listening experience of Premium subscribers, some podcasts may include advertising, host-read endorsements, or sponsorship messages.

If the issue is happening with music, it's possible that you've logged into a different account by mistake. In this case, we'd recommend logging out and back in by following the steps mentioned in this article.
