can not add account to family plan

can not add account to family plan

Hi,

 

I just want to add a family member to my family plan but I can't. I get an error message "3 - Vaya, algo ha salido mal. Intenta de nuevo."

Hey @danielapach1,

 

Please tell your family member to reach out to Support so they can manually confirm that they reside at the same address 🙂
