don't see family members in family mix

After years of using the family plan, I recently missed a payment and was set back to free. I solved this and we are back on premium.
Unfortunately I am no longer able to see my family members in the family mix.
They see me, I don't see them. 
If I press the 3 dots, I only see myself and not my husband or kids.
Any advise?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for bringing this up with us.

You can take a look at this page to make sure that everyone has followed the steps to join the Family mix. It's a good idea to leave and join again in order to sync things up. 

If everything looks okay on that front, can you let us know if you've already tried to log out > restart your device > log back in? It's also a good idea to try a clean reinstall to clear any old files that might be causing issues.

If that doesn't do it for you, we'll need to know if this happens on all your devices and their models and OS version.

Screenshots of what you see when you and your family sees when they open the mix will be very helpful to our investigation as well.
