family account only plays on one device at a time

family account only plays on one device at a time

Hi, we have a family account however if my husband is playing music through his iphone and I want to play something different on my iphone, hismusic stops playing and vice versa. How can we play different music at the same time

Hey @midwifemomma,

 

your Family members have to create their own account. Than you have to invite them.

 

To invite someone to your family 

  1. Go to your family Overview here.
  2. Enter the name and email address of your family member.
  3. Click send invite
  4. Your family member should have received an invitation mail.
  5. When he/she accepts it you will get an confirmation mail.

If you canโ€™t see the invite button try to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser or use another browser.
