Superuser Contribution My moms account for her family plan doesnt show the "send invite" on her account anywhere.

My mom has the family plan on spotify and she wants me to get myself on it, but when i go on her account (on a laptop) and follow the steps (from spotify) it doesn't show the "send invite" on her page, so i cant even invite myself, can you plz help.

My Father has lost his Family Premium features.I tried readding him, but there is a problem accepting the invitation.We tried 3 different Computers plus cleaning cache cookies etc.
