Struggling to accept invite from family

I can’t seem to accept family invite. I had an account set up through Facebook and have now deleted to join a family account with my wife. I open the email and it says I can’t join and to click here and try again!! I’m now at a loss as to what to do?...

Family account

I have started a family account. I am not able to activate it as it does not give me the option to enter my address anywhere. I have my postal code entered, but other than that there is no option to do so.How can I begin to access my family account ?

Subscription price discrepencies.

family subscription shall cost 29.9 pln while during enrollement process I'm being ask for confirmation of monthly fee of $14.99 which is almost twice of 29.9pln.Can you verify what's wrong?

Adding or removing a member of my family premium
