family premium plan.. issues with adding people

family premium plan.. issues with adding people

i renewed my premium family plan after cancelling it in april. the problem im having is when i send my wife an invite, and follow the link to accept the invite, it will not allow her to join... it tells her that her plan is part of a family subscription and that she needs to have whoever is in charge of the plan check her settings, or send another invite.. ive tried sending 2 invites and got the same results.. i cannot find out what is not right with the account.. on my profile it shows her as being an active member on my plan...but when she tries to downlaod her playlist it sends her to the "get premium" link/page to sign up her own account...what do i need to do to get her account recognized or working...?  thanks for any help
