las direcciones no coinciden - Plan familiar

hoy quise invitar un familiar al plan y a pesar de estar/tener/escribir exactamente la misma dirección el sistema de comprobación me dice "las direcciones no coinciden" cuando la dirección, municipio, código postal y provincia son las mismas, todo coincide perfectamente y las ayuda de la pagina no me da ninguna solución

Thanks for reaching out. Hope you don’t mind us responding in English, as this is the official language of the Community. What is the exact error you're getting? If it says that the country doesn't match, then either the owner or the member have the wrong country set on their accounts. The countries of all accounts and of the address in the Family plan need to match for the invitations to work. Check the respective account pages and update the country where necessary. If the countries already match, consider trying the invite in an incognito window.
