on family account and member is getting ads still.

on family account and member is getting ads still.

It happened after we got new phones and switched providers. THe family member was unable to log on and I sent a new link that works but now with music they get ads. How do you get rid of the ads?

Hi there, thanks for reaching out!

 

My first suggestion is that you ask this member to check their current subscription status on their account page. If it says Free, then it's possible that they have another account that's on Premium. Logging in to it with all email address/password combinations they might have used when signing up could help.
