¿por qué nadie puede unirse a mi plan familiar?

Cuando mando el enlace para que los miembros se unan al plan familiar, a ellos les aparece un mensaje donde les menciona que no pueden unirse o que escojan otro plan adecuado para ellos.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. Hope you don't mind us replying in English. 

If your family members are still unable to join your plan, we'd first suggest making sure that they haven't been on a different plan in the last 12 months. If they have, they won't be able to join yours until the 12 months have passed.

In case the above is correct, they can try accepting your invite using an incognito window or a different device.

If this doesn't do the trick, they can try reaching out to our Support team here so their accounts can be checked.
