premium family plan: problems with the address

premium family plan: problems with the address

can't find same address when a new member wants to be added. It always says that the addresses don't match.

Hey there,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

Keep in mind that Premium Family is only for people who live at the same physical address. 

 

If that's the case, they can try accepting the invite again from a different device and using an incognito window.
