Bonjour, j’ai normalement un compte spotify family, ma famille paie pour le compte, mais malgré plusieurs invitations qu’ils m’envoient je n’arrive pas à avoir spotify prenium, cela ne veut pas s’acctiver en me disant qu’il y a un problème, mais pas lequel cela fait 3j que j’essaye

I you can't accept the Premium for Family plan invite, I suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to do so.

As a reminder, all members of the Premium for Family plan must live in the same physical address as stated on the T&Cs.

If you're not living in the same address as the plan owner, you won't be able to join, but you can get Premium here.
