switch the family premium

1. i was living with my boyfriend and we had a family premium together after we broke up i went back home so my family got a family premium e few days ago de payment was kicked out and we had to renew it but now i can‘t be a member of the premium anymore because i switched too much but i didnt really switch its just a new version with my family because of the payment

I know the terms but i just switched once but after the payment was kicked out it thought it was a switch again but i was in this pack befor they only have to put me back in
