wrong address on Spotify database

wrong address on Spotify database

I have been a Spotify user for years. I have been in contact with customer care about this issue before and I got nowhere. The postcode that comes up on your system with my address is wrong. It won't allow me to enter my true postcode. this was not an issue up till now, but now all my accounts are being deleted, because when we enter our address, we're being told that it's wrong. I need help with this urgently

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I recommend making sure that none of the accounts that are trying to join your plan have a postal code set on this page.

 

If they don't have one set (or if they did have one set and removed it), they can try joining your plan again through an invite link and by entering the exact address that you, as the plan manager, can see here.

 

You can also check out this support article for some more info about this whole topic. If the issue persists after trying the steps above, it's best to reach out to Support again, as they'll be able to take a look at the affected accounts.
