My Question or Issue

 When trying to pay the student signature a error message shows up, and the browser console also shows a mistake (err_blocked_by_client). I can't finish the transation (image attached).

Deletei a imagem que vc anexou por motivos de segurança, ok?

Pra resolver essa questão, creio que a primeira coisa a se tentar é repetir o processo usando outro dispositivo, de preferência um computador, em mais de um navegador se for preciso.

Tenta aí e me fala se deu certo!
