Cannot get 6 months free offer of Student Premium even though I am eligible

Hi,

I recently got an email from Spotify that said they are offering 6 months of Student Premium free for students. This offer is only available for students who attend an accredited higher education institution and who haven't tried Premium before.

I have always had the Free plan and am currently a college student. When I clicked on the offer link included in the email, I was able to verify that I am a college student, however when I went to select the Student Premium plan, it said that only 1 month is free. 

Has anyone else been experiencing this issue or know how I can resolve this issue?

Same problem here! It showed the offer and it took a day to get an “official” enrollment verification and when I went back in the offer was gone and the chat people won’t help.

We recently experienced an issue that temporarily affected the sign-up link for our Premium Student with Hulu offer. This was a limited-time offer that has since ended, which is why we're unable to apply the exact offer to your account.

i can't get the student premium 2 months for 85 pesos but in Spotify app it's 1 month only?
