My Question or Issue

 

I used to have the student account, but I forgot to renew it, so now I have the regular individual account. When I went to get the student account back, I sent in my college files, and I got verified, yet when I click "Get discount" under the payment section or "Select Premium student" under plans and add-ons, it doesn't do anything. Both options bring me back to my account page, where I still have individual. Is it a glitch? Should I try later???

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Now that you're verified, you should have received a confirmation email with a link to finalize the process. You can click on Get Student Discount in it and proceed with the steps to switch your plan to Premium Student.

 

If the issue persists, try opening the link from the confirmation email in a private/incognito window or via another browser/device.


In case the link there has expired or you haven't received a confirmation email, you can contact SheerID to get a new one.
