Changing my plan into premium student

I was using the family plan for a year but i decided to change into the student plan even tho i'm verified i can't change into the student plan. I get this error:

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

Most likely you'd have to cancel your current Premium plan, then wait until your account reverts to free and re-subscribe for Premium Student.
