Issue with changing Premium to Student

My Question or Issue

Hi there!


I am having an issue with changing my Premium plan to the one with the student discount. I had a premium plan when I was in Oman. I have recently moved to Canada and followed the steps in order to update my country by changing my payment method to that from Canada. 


However, when I go to and click on "Get Premium", it throws an error 404. I think this is because my account still shows my country as Oman even though I updated my payment method.


Please let me know how we can go about fixing this.

We'll be happy to explain a bit more about what seems to be happening here.


If you were able to change the payment method on your account to one issued in Canada, but your account is still set to Oman, you'll need to wait until your next payment date so that the change will go into effect.


When your next payment goes through your new registered card, the account should sync up and you will be able get the student discount.
