Charged full price for premium but I have student account

So in January, I received an email saying that my student account was about to expire if I didn't extend it. So I went through all the verification steps and got my student account extended, yet I've still been charged full price for a premium account ever since. Can I get a refund?

Same thing about changed plan from Student to Individual premium happened to me. I already made renewal of my student status a few months ago and I also did it again now. When I want to select Student plan in "manage plans" in my account it does not even show that this plan is available. It only shows that available plan is only Premium Individual. Now it wants to charge me 6.49€. What can I do in this situation? Thank you.

Hello, I have a question about switching from premium ($12.95) to a student account (5.99). I verified I was a student at Spotify online. I accepted the offer for student premium and it told me I would be charged 5.99 Aug 22nd (tomorrow). I just paid $12.95 august 21st for Spotify premium… Can I dispute or prevent getting charged $5.99 this month since I just paid for my regular Spotify premium membership???? Please help I can’t afford an $18 Spotify bill at the end of this month.

• I forgot to renew my student premium last month and they deducted premium individual and its ok. But I already renew my student and I am already eligible the same day. And today December billing and they still deducted premium individual instead of student. What happened? Why my student didn't work?

No están respetando mi pago de estudiante y me están cobrando el pago individual

I had the student subscription but i forgot to renew my student eligibility. Then my account withdrew the money for the premium subsciption. I immediatly renewed my student subscription. Can I have my money back from the premium subscription?
