My Question or Issue

My Hulu account was recently hacked and they changed the email. I contacted Hulu (told me to contact Spotify) and contacted Spotify (was told to contact Hulu). Who exactly am I supposed to contact for this issue? I deactivated my premium account but would like to reactivate it and have my Hulu account back.
