Hulu + Spotify for Students

I am signed up for the Spotify and Hulu partnership $4.99 a month and while trying to connect my hulu account this message keeps popping up "We’re having trouble authorizing your account with Spotify. Please contact Spotify support to help resolve this issue." I can listen to Spotify Premium fine and have had no trouble on their side?

Same!  My student account switched to the normal $9.99 Premium this month because after 12 months you need to submit proof that you're still a student evidently.  I did so and it switched back, but Hulu stopped working for me completely. I hope you get an answer, I read that it is supposed to take 24 hours to work again, but I'm on day 2 at this point.
