I can't activate Hulu with Student Premium.

I subscribed to Student Premium with Spotify. However, I don't have the option to activate Hulu in my account setting. May I know the problem preventing me from activating Hulu?

Thanks for reaching out. We'll happily help you sort this one out.

Keep in mind that the option to activate Hulu and Showtime wit a student discount is currently only available in the US. Could you make sure that the country setting in your account is accurate? You can change it if necessary using the steps here.

You should then be able to activate Hulu using the Your services section in the account page. If it's not visible, we recommend trying again using a private or incognito browser.
