Issue With Subscription Payment

I tried to renew my student premium subscription with a prepaid card and the authorization amount was taken, but it said that payment failed. I tried once more with the same card and ANOTHER authorization amount was taken with another fail message, but I have yet to get the money back so I am down 10 dollars and my premium was taken away.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

When you didn't receive your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

When you didn't finish your Student enrollment, the money will come back to your account after a few days 🙂
