I'm currently facing an issue while trying to get a premium subscription for students using my Visa card. Unfortunately, every time I attempt the transaction, it fails, and I receive the following error message:
The payment failed. Please try again, use a different payment card or a different payment method. Go to our support.

In this case, you can try reaching out to your bank and ask them why you can't use the card for this payment. You could also try using a different payment method. 🙂
**bleep** was wondering if there is an alternative method to contact Spotify. I have already reached out to my bank, and they assured me that my card is functioning flawlessly.

I recommend trying it again after at leaat 24 hours have passed. 🙂 This can make a difference, especially if you've tried it multiple times in a short timeframe, for example.
