My Question or Issue

I've been trying to switch to the premium plan but it will not verify my student details. I've tried it in an incognito window. Is there another solution or can I just send my details to someone and have them verify it for me?

Can you attach a screenshot of what happens when you try to verify your student discount? Keep in mind that it can take a few days to hear back about eligibility.
