It won't let me renew for student

Device:

iPhone 8, Macbook Pro 

My Question or Issue:

So I try to sign up for it because I had deleted the renewal email accidentally and every time I go to try to change my plan to student again, it gives me an error saying the page no longer exists. I only used up one of my four years so thats not the case. Please help
