I've been trying to get spotify premium for student but I'm getting an error that the website doesn't exist. What I can do? Plan: Student Country: Guatemala

I'm afraid that the Student plan is not available in Guatemala yet, so this is why you're not able to get open the page.

Still not working, though I realized that I created my account in Slovakia so I tried to change my country since I am residing in CZ now but I can't.

@Noobzo - You can change your Country settings by following the steps bellow:
Note: If you created your account with Facebook or Apple, you also need to change your country or region settings with those services.
Also, can you confirm if you're using a payment method from Czech Republic?
@MidwichCuckoo - the reason you can't get it in Armenia is because it's not available there yet. For now, we can't say when or if this will be available.

Currently there is no Premium for Students subscription in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This is why you're not able to get open the page.

Hi. I have same problem. I'm a student of lithuanian university, but now I'm located in Georgia. Could I use Premium for students in Georgia as a lithuanian student?

You can still get the discount even if you study abroad, you just need to make sure your account’s country or region matches your university country and you use a payment method issued there.

Premium Student isn't available in Georgia which is the reason you can't Subscribe to Premium Student.

Hi there, got the same problem. Iam verified as student, but after selecting payment via debit card, this error ocures. The internet payments are allowed.

You can try updating your payment info via a incognito window or a different browser. Another way is using a different network or device. Sometimes browser cookies can cause this error. If this doesn't help, please send us a screenshot of the error message you get 🙂

tried multiple browsers and devices, also tried multiple networks. Still the same problem, even in private or incognito mode.
As i said, after payment check ocures this page with error 404. Sending screen.

Just to confirm, are you trying to activate the discount directly from the link you received in the confirmation email?
If so, would you mind trying the process one more time from spotify.com/student to check if it makes any difference?

Same problem happening in my case. Using Spotify family for nearly 3 years and i can't renew it now because of "This page no longer exists" error happening after payment. I'm from Slovakia
