I attempted to start a student premium account last night and was denied. today, i was billed for it anyway, and I have no way of directly contacting spotify!!! I want my money back or the premium membership t be activated, because even with the payment, i am still unable to use the features associated with spotify premium.

Hey @andrewforte,

when you didn't receive your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

Could you please check that for me :)?

Unfortunately, it is not pending, the deduction has already been made 😞

Hey again @andrewforte,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
