Payment failed - PIN not received

Couldn't pay for my student premium because OTP is not coming in my phone number. Tried with different numbers too.

COUNTRY: BANGLADESH

Hi,

I would request you to check with network operator with issue with one time password. So in this case, to make sure we covered all the basics, would you mind trying from an incognito window or a different browser to see if it makes any difference?

Same here. Spotify OTP code for Airtel is not coming while the other operator seems to acting fine.

Having same issue, tried with multiple devices still don't receive the OTP in my Airtel number

Make sure you have that there is enough credit on the mobile card (additional VAT may apply to the purchase) and that you haven't exceeded the spending limit. Your mobile operator may also need to allow you to purchase premium content.

 

Note that if you've used too many different connections, phone numbers, or user accounts to make the payment, you may cause the system to automatically reject all new attempts. In that case, I'd recommend waiting 24-48 hrs before trying again.

My Question or Issue

I was subscribed to the Spotify Premium Student plan, but I am unable to renew my subscription using the mobile recharge (carrier billing) method. When I attempt to pay, the system asks for a PIN, but no PIN is sent to my mobile number, even after multiple attempts.

Same issues bro

Nothing is being solved. Fix this or I'm forcing myself to stop using Spotify.
