Premium Not Working

so I just bought spotify premium last night (the student one that comes with Hulu) and nothing worked. My account still says free even though it took money out of my card

When you didn't recieve your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

Could you please check that for me :)?

It doesn’t say pending, they took the money out of my card. And when I try
to re buy premium it doesn’t let me

Hey again  @7ja41-fljo_lf,

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
