Premium Student: can't approve my college

My Question or Issue

Hi! I'm having some issues with approving my college in SheerID. I want to send a form with the information about it's website, but it says 'Invalid URL'. Unfortunately, my college hasn't got any different url for its site. This college is not listed in the available universities in my country but my friend is studying here and wants to get premium for students.

Also, this url is ok for my country (Russia). Can you please tell me if I can send another form or e-mail to approve my college?

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

First up, we suggest that you try again from an incognito window and a different device. Also, it's worth trying with a different internet connection. 

If afterwards you're still having issues, we'd recommend reaching out directly to SheerID here as they're in charge of the verification process.
