Problem with my premium for students

My Question or Issue

Last year i've submit for the "Premium for Student" plan. Now I can't renew my plan cause, when i try to verify my identity on SheerID, I can't select my school ( i'm at university).  i don't know what to do about this and my plan update automatically to the normal plan.

Thanks for posting on the Community about this.

If you're still unable to select your school from the drop-down list you might be experiencing an issue that we're currently investigating. Check out this Ongoing Issue and add your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps under Status Update as well. 

It'll also be useful to Subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up to date with any relevant updates about this.
