Refund

Hi,

I am currently a college student and I got recently charged $9.99 for this month. I just resubscribed as a student for the following month but is it possible if I can get a refund for this month? I do not want to pay the full $9.99. I also did not recieve an email warning that my student subscription would be expired as proven by your FAQs and this has never happened before.
