Spotify Student Discount Switzerland

Hello Guys,

Today I tryed to upgread my spotify with a student discount (Switzerland)

unfortunately i'm not transfered to shareID, and i have no idea why.

I tryed already the logout / login and delete the cache in my browser.

hopefully someone can help me

Sounds similar to my problem. I'm here in Austria. I entered my credit card data and on the next page there comes the information, that I should get forwarded to SheerID after I click continue but nothing happens at all.
