Spotify Student and Hulu

Hello, 

I had Spotify student that expired in Otober. I am still a student and would like to continue premium for students but I forgot to re-aply in time. It charged me the full $10 something for Premium which is fine but now it wint let me go back to Premium for students. It's saying the transaction won't go through on my card but there's money on there. If at all possible I would like to get Premium for students with Hulu back without having to pay for the first month.
