Overcharging

To whom it may concern;

I have recently applied for premium upgrade with student discount.Even though my student premium subscription has not been verified yet, I have been overcharged 5 times in my banking system in Turkey.I have not even recieved an email from you which states my progress of subscription on my registered account e-mail address.I also cannot see my 5 times of payment in receipts section.I would like the issue of overchanging 5 times to be resolved as soon as possible.

If the payments show as pending, this could explain things. In the meantime, you can check your student discount details and resubscribe at spotify.com/student.
