Spotify not accepting payment!

I've attempted to change my daughter's plan from Premium to Student and pay via credit card.  Your site states my bank is having a hard day yet my bank has confirmed there is a Premium charge on my card, not the Student charge.  This is beyond frustrating and has been a problem the last 3 days!  What do I have to do to get this corrected?  I've verified with my bank there is no issue on their end!
