Why is it that when I fill out my info for a student discount, it cannot verify that I am a student? How is it going to tell me that I am not a student when I am currently in college, and yet has no problem charging my card. Yet my account still tells me my subscription is free. This is not right

If you're in the US, you could try manual verification. It can take up to 24 hours but might be the best route. 

 

Is your college listed in the drop-down list when you try to verify?

I tried manual verification by sending a picture of my FSU ID with the issue date displayed and it still didn't work. I shouldn't have to pay $10 when I could be paying $5.
