Student Discount Problem

Hi,
I purchased Spotify premium student package and I send student document. My study information confirmed and Spotify took the package price 6 times(it’s on pending in my bank account). When I try to use my premium account it says there isn’t any payment found. I would be happy if we work on this together to fix the problem.

Hi @Leralonde. Sorry to hear that you've run into some trouble. Could you let me know if the charges are still pending? Is it possible that they are pre-authorizations? Whenever you try enrolling for the student discount your payment method will have a pre-authorization placed on it. If you repeatedly try enrolling, it is possible to get more than one. Pre-authorizations should be dropped and the funds "unfrozen" within a few business days; only the actual charge for the subscription should post.

 

Could you also please confirm that you are attempting to log into the same account that you enrolled for the discount with? Did you receive a confirmation email upon enrolling for the discount? Let me know, cheers!
