Student Discount charged but without premium

Student Discount charged but without premium

Hi. I've been succesfully verified as student and I have been charged the amount of one month for the premium, but I still cannot use premium.

Let's try following these steps to make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts that could be causing this issue.

 

If you only have one account, you can confirm the payment went through by logging in here to see the next billing date. In this case, just try reinstalling Spotify on your device.
