Student Account not working

Student Account not working

Hi There,

I have been accepted as Student and I received an email saying that

I should complete the payment from my account.. I cannot find any clue about this.

Onthe other hand I have already been charged but spotify does not work offline.

What should I do?

Thanks for reaching out to us.

 

To get the student discount, you need to click the "Complete purchase" button on the email verification you received. This'll ask you to enter your payment details again to confirm the purchase.

 

You won't be charged multiple times when doing this process, this is only to validate your payment card and keep it on file for future purchases.

 

If you were charged for Spotify before completing the purchase, it should only be a pending payment. These payments should go back to your bank account automatically in a few business days.
