Student Discount

So I was signing up for my student discount today and I am enrolled at Califronia Institute of the arts. When I began typing in my school's name, it popped up, so I clicked on it. Once I clicked on it all my info was complete so I hit continue to go onto the next step. This is when it told me I was not eligible. I can't identify the problem here and if I can't find a solution spotify will unfortunatly be losing a customer. Very frusturating that there is no phone # !

I'd recommend that you try to manually verify yourself as a student at https://spotify.sheerid.com.
