Student account keeps changing to normal account

I have been a student for the last 4 years and my account keeps changing to normal and billing me the normal price without notice. When I change it back I have to pay the student price additional to the normal price that month, so I have to pay twice for one month. I have been billed twice as much as I should have been in that timeline.

mine's like that too, so i came here. although on my case, I'm only on the 3rd year of being a premium student user. it keeps changing to individual plan too

@TM0, our Student discount is available only for 4 year, so probably this is why you are not able to get that plan. Take a look here for more info.

@DctrJai if you have an active discount on your account and you've had it for 3 years, you should be able to get the Student plan. With this in mind, you have to be careful when you subscribe and choose the right offer - try to use this link. The discounted price is not applied by default if you have your account verified as a student, so if for any reason you need to re-subscribe it's possible to get our normal Individual plan by mistake.
