My Question or Issue
Hi, I made a student verification request just now and when the student discount page directed me to the school's portal, the school's website denied the access. Then I tried to return to the discount page, only to find that the app was closed, probably by my phone itself. So in order to complete the verification, I started the student account verification again, but when I submited the form, it told me that I had already redeemed the offer, but the student discount didn't show in my account.
Can you fix the problem for me?
