My Issue

Since three years, I am using a spotify premium account with the student discount. About three months ago, a pop-up appeared on my phone asking me if I am still studying and I confirmed.

For some reason, my student discount was removed and I got charged the regular price (10 euros instead of 5 euros). I contacted the support team of Unidays and sended a confirmation of my University, but got no reasonable help. How can I get the student discount again?  Could you please tell me also how I get a reimburse for the previous payments?

I have exactry the same problem. furthermore i can't confirm now that i'm still being a student, the webpage doesn't allow me it shows an error but they already have taken the 10€...
