Student premium

I'm from the Czech Republic. For some reason all of the documents I've sent to get my Student Premium were not approved. I've sent documents with my name,name of the university, even my class schedule. The reply is still "Document does not display connection to eligible organization". I don't know what seems to be the problem. I attend the second biggest univesity in the state,so that shouldn't be a problem. I have no idea what else to add there. Thank you for your answer.

In this case I recommend you to contact Sheer ID's customer care, because the whole verification process is up to them.
