Student's Discount isn't working...

Hello,

I was trying to acquire Spotify Premium with the student's discount. I filled my credit card's number and I was redirected to sheerid, although I wasn't asked to submit any kind of document. The only thing I did, after searching the site a little bit, was to ask if Universidade de Lisboa (Portugal) was an acceptable university for this purpose. The 3.49€ were already taken from my account, my Spotify account isn't Premium and I am not understanding how should I proceed. I was expecting that the redirection from spotify.com for sheerid.com was more intuitive.

What should I do in order to prove that I am in fact a university student and regularize this situation?

Since the process wasn't completed, any money that might have been taken out of your account should be put back within a few business days.

For now, you can try getting manually verified for the discount here.
