hi. I tried to take a student plan. However I entered my information about it. At the credit card page I gave my card's information to blanks. After that I wanted to control this payment from my bank's online page. I saw that you take paymet twice time. Would you please control and give an information about it.

Are you able to see the status of the charges? If the payments show as pending, it means they didn't go through. If that's the case, the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps.

 

We also suggest making sure your payment card meet these requirements. If you're unsure, you can reach out to your bank to double-check.
