I'm from Paraguay (South America) and there is no student plan on Spotify Web.
There's no student plan in my region, but there are in other regions, such as Peru. Other platforms do have student plans in my region.

As far as I know, Spotify, unfortunately, doesn't have any immediate plans to launch Premium Student in your country, but I'll make sure to pass your feedback onto the right team 🙂
