Unable to download songs

Hi, I cannot download songs.
1. I have spotify premium due for repayment in 3 days.
2. Storage, Internet connection is good.
3. I was using spotify on two devices.
I've logged out on the other device, still I am unable to download.
4. Cleared cache, reinstalled, restarted. Problem still persists.

Just to confirm, have you tried a clean reinstall instead of the regular one?

Keep in mind that on Premium, you can download albums, playlists, and podcasts, but not individual songs. You can download a single episode of a given podcast to listen to it offline, but to download songs, you have to add them to a playlist. More info about Offline listening can be found in this article. 

On another note, it's worth checking if you'll be able to download using a different internet connection. In case you don't have another one available, if possible, ask a friend or a family member to start a hotspot for you to test this.
